I had one of the parts stop working after a few months, so I reached out to Tortech to see what they could do under warranty. It took a day or two before I heard back, but once they responded, they got the return set up and sent me a replacement without making it complicated. It wasn’t the fastest process ever, but overall I felt like they handled it fairly...

I ran into a couple of issues getting everything set up, and to be fair, I’m not the most technical person, so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right instead of guessing. The support team were really patient with me and explained everything in simple steps. They got it sorted quickly and made the whole install a lot less stressful. tortech.com.au was easy to get around, and I found what I needed without too much mucking about. The pages loaded quickly, which I appreciated, although I still somehow felt like I was expecting the site to be a bit more polished.
The layout is simple and not confusing, which is good, but at the same time it almost felt a little too basic. Still, the product details were clear enough for me, and it worked fine on my phone, so I can’t really complain much.
The checkout/contact steps were straightforward and didn’t make things harder than they needed to be. It’s not the flashiest website, and I kind of noticed that, but it did the job well and made the whole process painless.

I placed my order and everything went pretty much exactly how they said it would. It got sent out on time, I got the tracking info without having to chase anyone down, and there weren’t any weird delays or confusing updates or missing emails or anything like that. it was just smooth from start to finish. Kind of like when you order something and actually get the shipping notice, the tracking number works, the package moves when it’s supposed to, and it shows up without any drama. Happy with it

I bought a transformer from Tortech and, so far, it’s been doing its job without any trouble. I remember feeling relieved when I opened the box and saw it had arrived safely, because I’d been a bit worried about damage in shipping. The packaging was decent, and the unit itself feels solid in hand.
The only thing that stuck with me was noticing a few rough spots in the finish and one label that looked slightly crooked.
